What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
Any type of mat or soft surface, a weighted object: weights, sandbags, drink containers filled with sand, children...
How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?
I was a regular trainer at a gym and quite successful one at that. I then went back to university to gain my Masters in Human Nutrition to better help my clients sort through all the information out there and improve their results whilst maintaining their health.
Since then we've grown the team and the community over the years.
Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance?
Yes, that's why I went back to university. I was fed up with all the bad advice I was given and that I saw around me in the fitness industry.
